Little Red Frock ..Tutorial

Hi Friends ..

here is the tutorial for the little crepe paper  frock .
the template  is  slightly different from the yellow frock .


                                                                                     

                                                                   

materials required 

crepe paper

thick card stock

scissors 

glue 

few strips of red colored quilling paper 

satin ribbon or glitter ribbon a small piece

i cm wide flower punch 

embossing tool 

few red seed beads 

step 1

Draw a frock template on a card and cut around the out line

then place the template on a piece of crepe paper ,cut around 

the template .leave enough space to fold and glue 

take a wide piece of crepe paper fold pleats and glue  

then again glue it on to the  frock 

the crepe paper is very flexible to fold around the neck /sleeve 

shapes 

once again turn the other side fold the edges and glue 

stick a piece of ribbon and bow

make half moon shaped and loose circle coils for collars 

and puffed sleeves  .

make punched flowers from crepe paper glue two flowers 

together use an embossing tool to make a slight dint 

in the middle of flower and add a tiny seed bead to the centre
