Made this Graduation Card for my Nephew .

for the tassel and the red bow i used embroidery thread .
and for  the certificate ..i cut piece of handmade paper colored the edges 
with gold color gel pen and rolled it like a certificate ..

i didn't glue the edges but they are rolled tightly .

strips were hand cut ..2mm.

and first time iv'e used  clear varnish ..it gave a glossy look !
