Quilled Dora and Boots :)

Made this card for a little girl 

 i asked her mom what was her favorite cartoon character 

she mentioned Dora the explorer and Boots:))

             


                                     
i printed out the background from Disney .com free printables    .
I haven't seen these cartoons but my daughter showed a picture 
and i tried my level best .for the eyes i printed out a picture of Doras face 
and cut the eyes alone  and used it on the quilled face      ..

I've made this card for my dads birthday.

                                                                           
Materials used:
                     1.forever friends 3d embellishments
                     2.tulip elements{the happy birthday tag}
                     3.distress ink.
                     4.dark brown and light brown paper
                     5.small strip of white card




I made the racing track using the light brown paper and the small white card

                                                                                

                                                                                      

when i finished the card i dabbed ink around it to create some effect.
after that i wrote a poem and added it inside the card.

Birthday Card with folded organza Roses.

                               Materials  -  square blank card
                                                     create and craft 3-D embellishment
                                                     Anitas glitter peel off borders
                                                     piece of polka dot card,
                                                     roses are hand made,
                                                     (instructions by Ann ,frosted designs).
                                                     butterfly backing is from my daughters
                                                     old  fairy note pad.(mothers day present).


                               first i adhered the organza piece with iron on fabric,
                               with low heat setting.some part did not stick properly ,
                              but i didn't give up,
                              for the leaves i used silk  mulberry paper ,
                              cut into leaf shape .
