Quilled Hello Kitty :))

This is My little Kitty:))

                                                                                 

i used a  Polycarbonate plastic mould  from chocolate box... to make
kittys face .the frills in the border of kittys frock are bee hive quilled strips.
The papers are from scrap book ,as usual used my paper shredder to cut them.
