Quilled Banyan Tree

Quilled Banyan Tree,

started as a card but :) i was too excited  while adding the leaves
and  realized only at the end it had three layers :)
now this has to go in a box frame ..
Banyan tree has tiny fruits
so added few red fruits and a birds nest ..

i folded an A 4 card into half and glued the printed image.
and about the image :)its from my daughters extra  home work
printout ..she was collecting pictures of several trees and
found this Was too big to glue in her note ..and so i made use of it .
the great critic at home my little one asked me not
to make it crowded by adding grass .so iv'e quilled it
here and there .
all the papers are from ordinary scrap book note cut with
 my paper shredder.
the brown aerial  roots are reused  from  old brown envelops .

Thanks Dear friends for stopping by and encouraging me .

Angelin.

  10. Amazing work Angelin . The pictures has so much layering ,probably due to the layering. I like your realistic roots and the cows must have been very tough too.

  12. Lovely work, Angelin! It must have been so tricky to add all the details, especially the grass and the cows.

    Hugs!
